Now we are looking for aPost-Sales Solution Architect (EMEA)to join our team.

What you will be doing:

• Engage directly with customers, providing expert technical guidance during the integration process

• Collaborate closely with clients to identify and select optimal integration strategies

• Conduct thorough testing and validation of customer integrations

• Coordinate with the Product team to communicate client feedback and support ongoing product improvements

• Diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical integration issues efficiently and effectively.

About you:

• At least 2 years of relevant experience as a Solution Engineer, Solution Architect, or Technical Support specialist in software architecture and technical integrations

• Proven experience writing or modifying scripts (Python, Java)

• Strong proficiency in REST API andSQL

• Familiarity with using Postman to test and debug API requests

• Experience utilizing browser development tools (console) to debug web applications

• Practical knowledge of HTML and CSS for troubleshooting web-related issues

• Knowledge and practical experience with Kibana/Elastic Stack

• Clear understanding of webhooks and their troubleshooting
