Job summary

JJ Foodservice in Bristol is seeking a part-time Delivery Administrator (20 hours/week) to support our delivery team. You will prepare dispatch documentation, handle driver payments, and liaise with other departments to keep deliveries running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Prepare relevant documentation for the dispatch of orders.
• Count and process collected money from driver’s routes in a safe manner.
• Collect and provide accurate amounts of money in accordance with payment terms, and invoice adjustments from drivers.
• Report discrepancies immediately.
• Deal with day-to-day driver/helper queries.
• Liaise with other departments on day-to-day transport issues.
• Ensure drivers are following routes according to company rules and procedures.

Come and join our friendly delivery team where we can offer you a permanent contract, all the training you need and great opportunities for progress – you just need to bring a positive attitude.
The perfect candidate will work behind-the-scenes to ensure deliveries take place smoothly and ensure the highest standard of service is delivered when transporting products to customers.
This is a part-time vacancy, and you will be required to work 20 hours per week.
Salary: £27,400.00 pro rata per annum
We are looking for applicants who have:
