Ascot Group is seeking a high-performing delegated claims governance manager to oversee outsourced adjusting services, Coverholders and DCAs. The role focuses on governance, control and oversight of delegated underwriting claims.

You will collaborate with Underwriters, claims handlers and market partners to ensure Lloyd's standards and Ascot’s expectations are met. Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills are essential.

Aufgaben

• Governance, control and oversight of delegated underwriting claims with external parties (DCA and Coverholders).
• Negotiate, issue and update DCA agreements and declarations; manage governance logs and agreement terms.
• Oversee claims workflow, loss funds, and authority limits with underwriters, coverholders and co-insurers.
• Lead data, analytics and MI reporting for delegated claims portfolio; drive improvements and governance data quality.
• Engage with market committees, internal stakeholders, and escalation paths for claims handling.
• Coordinate with Delegated Authorities teams and transition initiatives like Faster Claims Process; provide guidance to junior staff.
