Qualifications

• Good understanding of the Lloyd's and London Market with a focus on delegated authority or claims operations.
• Experience working with DCAs or delegated claims practices is desirable.
• Strong communication skills and a detail-oriented mindset with a passion for improving processes and ensuring data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Support onboarding and ongoing due diligence of Delegated Claims Administrators.
• Manage the administration of DCA contracts and assist in negotiation.
• Collate and analyse KPI data for reporting and monitoring.
• Maintain accurate logs and trackers on DCA performance.
• Assist with DCA audit planning and follow-up.
• Ensure completeness and accuracy of claims bordereaux.
• Monitor loss fund balances and undertake reconciliations.
