Qualifications
Good understanding of the Lloyd's and London Market with a focus on delegated authority or claims operations.
Experience working with DCAs or delegated claims practices is desirable.
Strong communication skills and a detail-oriented mindset with a passion for improving processes and ensuring data accuracy.
Responsibilities
Support onboarding and ongoing due diligence of Delegated Claims Administrators.
Manage the administration of DCA contracts and assist in negotiation.
Collate and analyse KPI data for reporting and monitoring.
Maintain accurate logs and trackers on DCA performance.
Assist with DCA audit planning and follow-up.
Ensure completeness and accuracy of claims bordereaux.
Monitor loss fund balances and undertake reconciliations.
