Job Title: Delegate Sales Manager

Job Description

As the Delegate Sales Manager, you will engage with top-level executives across various industries, presenting the client’s focused and professional event format. Your role will focus on attracting new business using telephone, LinkedIn, and other communication channels to build long-term relationships with decision-makers.

Responsibilities:

  1. Meet or exceed sales targets aligned with departmental and business strategies.
  2. Use a consultative sales approach to establish relationships with prospective delegates and promote campaigns.
  3. Research industries served by our conferences to effectively communicate conference benefits and themes.
  4. Identify new prospects and business opportunities proactively.
  5. Maintain sales database with detailed records of calls and interactions.
  6. Manage follow-up schedules for calls and outreach.
  7. Generate weekly market feedback reports to help improve conference offerings.
  8. Accurately update delegate registrations in the CRM system.
  9. Take full ownership of your campaign activities.

The Successful Candidate

The ideal candidate will have:

  1. A proven track record in B2B event delegate sales.
  2. Consistent achievement and surpassing of targets and KPIs.
  3. Fluent business-level English with excellent verbal and written communication skills, including active listening and empathy.
  4. Attention to detail, decisiveness, and strong multitasking abilities.
  5. Ability to work independently with autonomy and discretion.
  6. Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) for data management.
  7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).

What We Offer

A fully remote role offering £30,000 - £42,000 annually plus uncapped commissions. Work hours are aligned with US time zones (12pm - 8pm).
