Kinetic Alliance, a family-run B2B events company, is seeking a Delegate Acquisition Executive to work on-site in Bristol. You’ll research, target and engage senior executives to secure bookings for our exclusive events, and collaborate with sales and events teams to close deals.

Qualifications

• No prior experience in sales, events or recruitment required; full training provided.
• Researching, targeting and engaging senior executives to secure bookings.
• Office-based role in Bristol with a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Hunt delegates via LinkedIn, CRM tools and research.
• Pitch senior leaders by phone, email, and LinkedIn.
• Build rapport and convert interest into bookings.
• Keep the CRM clean and current.
