Job summary

MBDA UK invites applications for a Test, Calibration & Maintenance Engineering Level 6 Degree Apprenticeship in Bolton. Salary £23,000 plus a £3,000 joining bonus. Duration 4.5 years; study at Blackpool College for a BSc honours degree via Lancaster University.

You will rotate across Manufacturing Test and Calibration & Maintenance, gaining hands-on experience with electronics, mechatronics, optics and RF while completing placements. BPSS and British citizenship required.

Qualifications

• GCSEs: minimum 5 including English Language, Maths and any Science/Technology subject.
• Post-GCSE routes: 3 A levels total 120 UCAS points with Maths and a Science/Engineering subject; or Level 3 Extended Diploma in Engineering/Science/Technology with DDM including a Further Maths module; or T Level in Engineering with Merit.

Responsibilities

• Rotations across Test and Calibration & Maintenance areas with hands-on work in electronics, mechatronics, optics and RF.
• Placements provide exposure to engineering projects and contemporary manufacturing processes.
