Stantec in Redditch is offering a Degree Apprentice (Level 6) in Civil Engineering - Water. Join a UK-wide team of engineers, learn from experienced colleagues, and gain hands-on experience on water projects while working four days a week from the office.
You’ll complete a Level 6 BEng Civil Engineering degree with our Training Providers and develop design, analysis and reporting skills using AutoCAD and Civil 3D. Coventry University is among options.
You’ll join our Water team and be part of a UK-wide discipline of around 335 civil and structural engineers. You’ll learn from experienced colleagues while developing the skills and confidence to build your career in civil engineering.
Locally, you’ll be part of a supportive team of around 22 colleagues across Redditch, Birmingham, Derby and Shrewsbury. The Redditch team works closely with our other Midlands offices as one regional team, with Severn Trent Water as a key local client.
Throughout your apprenticeship, you’ll gain hands‑on experience on water projects, learn how civil engineering supports essential infrastructure, and be supported by colleagues from different disciplines as you build your technical knowledge.
Earn while you learn. Whichever apprenticeship route you take, your tuition and qualification fees are on us. You will gain a Level 6BEng Civil Engineering degree in conjunction with our Training Provider(s). This will be discussed further during the recruitment process.
