Stantec is offering a Civil Engineering apprenticeship in Leeds within our UK Water team. You will learn from experienced engineers while contributing to feasibility, calculations, drawings and client presentations across Yorkshire Water frameworks and other projects.
You’ll study for a Level 6 BEng Civil Engineering degree in partnership with our Training Providers, with four days in the office each week. Applications are ongoing.

You’ll join our Water team and be part of a UK-wide discipline of around 335 civil and structural engineers. You’ll learn from experienced colleagues while developing the skills and confidence to build your career in civil engineering.
Locally, you’ll be part of a team of around 31 colleagues. The Leeds team primarily supports Yorkshire Water, one of our largest UK clients, across a range of frameworks and contracts including the Strategic Planning Partnership and the Yorkshire Stormwater Alliance. You’ll also have the opportunity to learn from colleagues working on dams and reservoirs projects, as well as teams supporting the Northumbrian Water framework.
Earn while you learn. Whichever apprenticeship route you take, your tuition and qualification fees are on us. You will gain aLevel 6BEng Civil Engineering degree in conjunction with our Training Provider(s). This will be discussed further during the recruitment process.
