Job summary

The Dorchester Hotel in London offers a Degree Apprentice program in Project Management. You will study for a BA (Hons) Degree while gaining hands-on experience in a 5-star luxury environment.

You will rotate through Food & Beverage and Rooms divisions, with a third year specializing, plus a structured 36‑month training plan and London-based study day each week.

What You’ll Do

• You’ll have the opportunity to complete a fully funded BA (Hons) Degree in Project Management without the student debt! On successful completion, you will be eligible to become a full member of the Association for Project Management (APM), the Chartered Body for the Project Profession. All while gaining hands on experience in Luxury 5 star hospitality.
• 6 month rotations in Food & Beverage and Rooms division in your first 2 years and your choice of specialism for your 3rd and final year.
• Your training plan will include
• 36 months practical training period and 3-6 months for the End Point Assessment
• 1 study day a week based in London

The items shared are the essence of a day in the life of a Degree Apprentice, but we’ll make sure you are provided with specifics on how we care for our hotel.

The operational hours of work are shift-based and may be subjected to change.

What You’ll Bring
