Job summary

The Dorchester is offering a Degree Apprenticeship in London, combining hands-on hospitality experience with a fully funded BA (Hons) Degree in Project Management. You will rotate through Food & Beverage and Rooms in the first two years and select a specialization in year three.

Placement includes a 36‑month training period with 3–6 months for End Point Assessment and a weekly study day in London, all within a luxury 5‑star environment.

Qualifications

• GCSE English Language & Maths (grade 9-4) required.
• Keen interest in Luxury Hospitality and Guest Service.
• Strong verbal communication skills – English is the primary language used in our hotel.

What you’ll do

As a Degree Apprentice, you'll enjoy your work and take pride in delighting our guests:

• You’ll have the opportunity to complete a fully funded BA (Hons) Degree in Project Management without the student debt! On successful completion, you will be eligible to become a full member of the Association for Project Management (APM), the Chartered Body for the Project Profession. All while gaining hands on experience in Luxury 5 star hospitality.
• 6 month rotations in Food & Beverage and Rooms division in your first 2 years and your choice of specialism for your 3rd and final year.
• Your training plan will include

- 36 months practical training period and 3-6 months for the End Point Assessment

- 1 study day a week based in London

The items shared are the essence of a day in the life of a Degree Apprentice, but we’ll make sure you are provided with specifics on how we care for our hotel.

The operational hours of work are shift-based and may be subjected to change.
