Job summary

PPHE Hotel Group in London is launching a fully funded Degree Apprenticeship starting January 2027. Over three years you will study for a BA (Hons) in Applied Hospitality Management while gaining hands-on experience in one of our iconic London hotels.

The programme includes a Level 6 Chartered Manager Apprenticeship and shift work, including weekends and evenings, with incentives and an opportunity to earn service charge.

Qualifications

• Enrol in a fully funded Degree Apprenticeship over three years combining practical hotel experience with academic study.
• Earn a BA (Hons) in Applied Hospitality Management and Level 6 Chartered Manager Apprenticeship while working in London.
• Shift work including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• 1 year in Front Office and 1 year in Food & Beverage departments.
• One day per week spent studying with Gloucester University in London venues.
• In final year, develop a chosen specialism and supervisory/managerial skills.

This fully funded Degree Apprenticeship offers the perfect blend of academic learning and hands-on experience in luxury hotels. This is a Degree Apprenticeship in a hospitality business, so will involve shift work including weekends and evenings. There is also the opportunity to earn service charge and other incentives on top of your salary.

What you’ll do:

• 1 year in the Front Office department
• 1 year in the Food & Beverage department
• One day per week spent studying with Gloucester University, study days will be held within London based venues
• In your first 2 years, you’ll gain a more rounded knowledge of the hotel operations
• In your final year, you will pick a specialism in one of these areas, which you will continue in your role to develop your supervisory/managerial skills for the final year of your programme.
