Job summary

LGBT Great is seeking an experienced Pension Onboarding Specialist to support the onboarding of newly secured pension schemes into the PIC operating model. This deeply technical role ensures that benefit specifications are correctly delivered and understood by policyholders.

The successful candidate will lead collaborations with third-party administrators to implement system improvements, thereby achieving positive outcomes for our policyholders and enhancing the company’s brand reputation.

Qualifications

• High level of defined benefit pension experience.
• Experience in defined benefit pension scheme onboarding.
• Experience working with bulk scheme data and large datasets.

Responsibilities

• Support the Head of Pension Operations in delivering high levels of service.
• Collaborate with PIC transition manager for successful onboarding.
• Lead onboarding of new schemes into the PIC operating model.
• Conduct data reconciliation to ensure data fitness and compliance.
• Collaborate with various teams to ensure operational readiness.

Skills

Ability to persuade and influence

Effective collaboration with key stakeholders

Good working knowledge of MS PowerPoint

Good level of Microsoft Excel competency

Education

APMI or willingness to achieve it
