Job summary

EMCOR UK, part of OCS, delivers facilities management for the Defence sector. Located in Aldermaston, this role provides technical support on Water Treatment services and oversees planned maintenance and reactive repairs to keep site facilities compliant and efficient.

You will supervise the Water Treatment team, develop proposals, monitor costs and schedules, and promote safety and training. Candidates should hold NVQ Level 3 in Water Treatment or equivalent and have supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Holds a Water Treatment qualification or equivalent (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent).
• Experience in supervisory roles within Water Treatment works.
• Commercial awareness with budget preparation and management.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Water Treatment team with effective communication, training, and development.
• Evaluate customer requirements and prepare costed proposals with timescales.
• Monitor planned maintenance and remedial works, agreeing costs and timelines to meet customer and regulatory standards.
• Support SH&E improvements and risk management with the site HSE&Q team and monitor safety performance.
• Identify training needs and develop a performance system assessing team competencies.
