CBW Staffing Solutions Ltd is recruiting a Junior Water Treatment Engineer to cover sites in Bromley, Sidcup, Bexley, Orpington and parts of Kent. The role involves monitoring water systems, descales, tank inspections, cooling tower cleaning and water sampling across multiple contracts.

A minimum of ~8 months in water treatment is expected; City and Guilds qualifications are desirable. Salary up to £30,000 per annum plus a company van and benefits, with working hours 08:00–16:30, Monday to

Qualifications

• Water treatment experience of roughly 8 months minimum.
• Water treatment qualifications are desirable but not essential.
• Knowledge of ACOP L8 regulations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Temperature monitoring across sites.
• Showerhead descaling and cleaning tasks.
• Inspect and clean cold water storage tanks.
• Cooling tower cleaning and disinfection.

An exciting opportunity to work for an established FM Service provider situated in the South East has arisen! CBW are currently recruiting for a Junior Water Treatment Engineer to look after a number of sites across Bromley, Sidcup, Bexley, Orpington & parts of Kent across a range of contracts. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in water treatment with a minimum of roughly 8 months of experience in the water treatment field. Water treatment qualifications are desired but not essential. This is a great opportunity for a candidate with minimal experience looking to expand their knowledge and qualifications.

Hours of work

Monday to Friday - 08:00 am to 16:30 pm - 30 minute lunch break

Requirements

• City and Guilds in Plumbing Level 2 - Desirable
• City and Guilds in Water Treatment - Desirable
• City and Guilds Legionella control within hot and cold water systems - Desirable
• Demonstrate previous experience in water system remediation/maintenance works
• Demonstrate working knowledge of the respective legislation and guidance material
• Fully trained and knowledgeable on the ACOP L8 regulations
