Zusammenfassung

Matchtech Group is recruiting for a Training and Requirements Specialist to support the development, delivery and assurance of modern training services across Portsmouth and other customer sites. The role is permanent, full-time with hybrid working.

You will translate customer needs into technically sound, deliverable training solutions, covering the Systems Approach to Training lifecycle from discovery through to acceptance and through-life support.

Qualifikationen

• Experience contributing to training analysis, design or delivery for technical or operational training within defence or a comparable regulated environment.

Aufgaben

• Translate customer needs into defined, deliverable training solutions across the training lifecycle.
• Contribute to Training Needs Analysis and JSP 822 compliance.
• Draft user, system and service requirements with traceability to learning outcomes.
• Support verification, validation and acceptance activities with assurance evidence.
• Assist in bids, R&D and continual improvement activities.
