Job summary

Alta Ares is seeking a field-based role in the UK to drive technical sales and demonstrations of its ISR, C-UAS and AI portfolio to MoD stakeholders and defence integrators. You will become a SME and coordinate across sales, product and engineering teams.

The role requires 3+ years in defence, UAS/C-UAS experience, strong communication, and willingness to travel overseas; initial onboarding in France and possibly Ukraine is mentioned.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in technical sales and product demonstrations in the Defence market.
• Experience with Military UAS/C-UAS capability is required.
• GVC certificate and Remote Pilot Competency Level 1 desired.
• Experience working with munitions and ordnance is preferred.
• Strong logistical planning and coordination skills are essential.
• Excellent oral and written communication abilities are required.
• Willingness to travel overseas if needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead in-depth presentations and product demonstrations to UK MoD stakeholders and defence firms across Alta Ares’ ISR, C-UAS and AI portfolio.
• Author technical responses to capability briefs and proposals, tailoring product descriptions and presentations.
• Support the Sales Director with Business Development and become a SME for Alta Ares’ product portfolio; onboarding may occur across France and possibly Ukraine.
• Liaise between Sales, Products and Engineering to ensure customer requests are technically supportable and meet timelines.
• Monitor and assess the UK competitor landscape across similar platforms.
