Job summary

Kraken Technology Group Limited is seeking a Bid and Proposal Writer to develop high-quality bids, tenders and proposals across defence, maritime and technology sectors. You will transform complex information into clear, persuasive content, ensuring compliance and alignment with customer requirements.

You’ll collaborate with technical, commercial and programme teams to craft compelling proposals and maintain reusable content, case studies and knowledge management throughout the bid lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Experience writing bids, tenders or proposals within a technical/defence or similarly complex environment.
• Proven ability to translate customer requirements into clear, persuasive submissions.
• Strong planning, organisation and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality bids, proposals, tender responses and customer submissions.
• Review customer requirements and evaluation criteria to shape response strategies.
• Create proposal structures, storyboards and compliance matrices.
• Collaborate with technical/commercial teams to gather information and evidence.
