Job summary

Gold Group is seeking an experienced Military Systems Solution Architect for a permanent role in Frimley, Surrey. You will design and integrate digital defence solutions for UK MoD and NATO customers, with hybrid working and travel.

The role requires strong technical depth across military platforms, ability to influence stakeholders, and a track record delivering on time and within budget. Security clearance eligibility is expected.

• Defence-domain project experience (UK MoD/NATO)
• Strong technical depth across digital technologies and integration
• Commercial awareness and value-for-money mindset
• UK residency 5+ years and SC clearance eligibility

Responsibilities

• Design overall military digital defence solutions meeting customer needs
• Collaborate with bidding, sales and 3rd parties to propose innovative, cost-effective solutions
• Document high/low-level designs aligned with requirements
• Write compelling technical proposals to support bids and pre-sales
• Present solutions and influence customer strategies and requirements
• Horizon-scan current and emerging tech trends
