Job summary

You will work with customers, suppliers and internal teams in a highly regulated, security-cleared environment.

• Proven experience in systems engineering and project management in demanding environments.
• Ability to plan, schedule and manage resources across multiple projects.
• Experience in managing engineering budgets and delivering within constraints.

• Proactive in driving innovation and process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee engineering delivery of programmes and projects, meeting budget and schedule.
• Plan, schedule, identify resource needs and propose optimisations.
• Manage engineering budgets, forecast costs and address overspend or delays.
• Coordinate resources, assign day-to-day tasks and ensure high-quality artefacts.
• Actively manage technical risks and mitigation to minimise impact.
• Represent the company with customers, suppliers and subcontractors.
