Job summary

Copello are partnering with an exceptional defence organisation in Berkshire, seeking an experienced Systems Engineering Manager to lead multi-disciplinary teams on high-impact programmes.

You will drive Systems Engineering across the full lifecycle, manage scope, risk and resources, and collaborate with customers, suppliers and senior stakeholders while developing the next generation of engineers.

Qualifications

• Strong Systems Engineering experience.
• Proven engineering leadership experience.
• Background in complex, regulated or safety-critical systems.
• Defence industry experience.
• Excellent stakeholder and communication skills.
