Job summary

Engage Technical Solutions Ltd requires an Engineering Manager to lead complex defence‑related engineering programmes across Maritime, Air and Land domains in the UK. The role involves travelling regularly to client sites in the South West of England and providing strategic and technical guidance through to implementation.

You will manage technical assurance, collaborate with clients, and stay abreast of regulatory requirements while delivering high‑quality engineering solutions and reports.

Qualifications

• Experience in UK Defence sector or highly regulated industries.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication & stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Address complex engineering challenges and mitigate risks.
• Collaborate with clients to understand objectives and provide strategic guidance.
• Assess client processes, systems and projects to identify improvements.
• Analyze client requirements and technical constraints.
• Design and develop technical solutions to meet needs.
• Assist/lead in implementing solutions with client teams and partners.
• Oversee technical assurance and governance on defence projects.
• Create reports and presentations communicating technical concepts.
• Stay current with industry trends and regulatory requirements.
• Work with consultants to deliver comprehensive solutions for clients.
