Job summary

Morson Edge is seeking a Stores Operative to support a defence client in Winfrith Newburgh. You will receipt goods, perform stock counts, manage ERP records, and coordinate internal customer requests to keep the supply chain flowing.

Qualifications

• Experience in stores environment would be advantageous.
• Experience dealing with internal customers with good interpersonal skills.
• Forklift, reach truck and other lifting equipment training desirable.
• Able to prioritise work and manage conflicting demands.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• IT capable and comfortable with ERP systems.
• ERP experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Receipting of goods, checking paperwork and recording receipts accurately.
• Accurately recording movements in the ERP system and performing periodic stock counts as required.
• Complete stock processing, picking and shipping activities as required.
• Liaise with internal customers to collect material and deliver where appropriate.
• Assist in the loading and unloading of equipment from HGVs.
• Other duties within the Supply Chain Department as assigned.
