Landmarc Solutions is seeking a Training Area Operative (Main Towers Assistant) to help maintain a safe, sustainable environment for Armed Forces training. The role suits someone who enjoys outdoor work and is committed to the military mission; full training and development are provided.

Based in Holbeach AWR with standard hours, this permanent on-site post offers pension, generous holiday, life assurance, and ongoing professional support.

Qualifications

• Teamwork in a safety-critical environment.
• Willingness to learn new skills.
• Good communication skills Face to Face, Telephone and Radio.
• Ability to record information verbally received.
• Basic IT skills.
• Numeracy and literacy skills (GCSE and above).
• A valid UK manual driving licence is essential.

Responsibilities

• General & Grounds maintenance duties as required.
• General Opening Up Duties (Keys, Flags, Notices).
• Operation of basic IT Systems.
• Face-to-face, Radio & Telephone Communication.
• Management of Range Booking Procedures (Email, Telephone, Paper & Electronic Booking records).
• Recording basic information via IT and in written format.
• Meteorological Observations (Full Training Given).
• General Range Safety Observation duties.
