Job summary

Compass Group UK&I ESS is recruiting an ambitious Chef to create exceptional food experiences for Defence on a full-time basis contracted to 37.5 hours per week. You will prepare and serve high-quality meals while upholding hygiene standards.

We seek someone with City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or NVQ, a Food Hygiene certificate, and experience supervising a team, with a flexible approach to working. This role supports 250+ UK establishments.

Qualifications

• Must have proven experience as a chef with ability to manage kitchen operations.
• Strong focus on delivering high-quality food and customer service.
• Adherence to food safety and hygiene regulations at all times.

Responsibilities
