Qualifications

• Experience preparing and maintaining complex construction programmes.
• Ability to develop baseline programmes, narratives and revised schedules with project teams.
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing and project delivery.
• Ability to assess programme impacts of variations and changes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, maintain and update logic-linked construction programmes for allocated projects.
• Develop baseline programmes, supporting narratives and revised schedules in collaboration with project teams.
• Monitor progress against agreed programmes, identifying delays, critical path activities and milestones.
• Produce look-ahead programmes, progress reports and milestone forecasts to support site coordination.
• Support teams in identifying programme risks and developing recovery plans.
• Assist pre-construction with tender programmes and bid submissions.
• Liaise with project managers, clients, consultants and subcontractors on programming matters.
• Maintain accurate programme records and ensure reporting standards are followed.
