Job summary

Bennett & Game Recruitment Ltd is representing a specialist main contractor near Chichester seeking a Construction Planner. Hybrid working, UK and overseas projects, and a strong progression path are on offer. Salary £55,000 - £60,000 DOE with a comprehensive benefits package and annual 37.5-hour week.

As Construction Planner, you will own project programmes, develop baselines, monitor progress and work with PMs, pre-construction teams and leaders to drive delivery across diverse schemes.

Qualifications

• Experience in planning construction projects.
• Ability to develop baseline programmes and look-ahead schedules.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, maintain and update construction programmes for allocated projects.
• Develop baseline programmes and revised schedules with project teams.
• Monitor progress, identify delays and critical path activities.
• Produce look-ahead programmes and milestone forecasts for site coordination.
• Support tender programmes and bid submissions.
• Assess programme impact of variations and changes and escalate issues.
