Job summary

Rivencore Global Solutions is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join the PMO and deliver exciting defence projects across our portfolio. You will take projects from early planning through successful delivery, ensuring on-time, on-budget results and the right quality standards.

You will work with engineering, manufacturing, commercial and business development teams, building strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders, while supporting bids, defining scope, costs and risks.

Qualifications

• Experience leading projects from planning through to delivery.
• Knowledge of project planning, risk management and project controls.
• Experience managing budgets, forecasts and project costs.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to manage several priorities simultaneously.
• Willingness to improve processes and ways of working.
• defence, aerospace, engineering, manufacturing or regulated industry experience is advantageous.
• PM qualifications (PRINCE2/APM PMQ/PMP) are beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage projects from initiation to completion.
• Manage scope, budgets, schedules, risks and resources.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, commercial and business development teams.
• Build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
• Support bids and contract negotiations by defining scope, deliverables, costs and risks.
• Track progress and provide clear reports for customers and internal teams.
• Identify risks and issues early and implement mitigations.
• Ensure projects follow governance and regulatory requirements.
• Improve project processes, tools and reporting.
• Keep teams focused on priorities and delivery.
