Job summary

VIVO Defence Services is seeking a Project Manager to deliver Billable Works across the Ministry of Defence estate. You will own projects from initiation to completion, ensuring on-time delivery, within budget and to high quality standards.

Regularly review risks, liaise with DIO, site managers and local teams, and manage documentation via SharePoint and Maximo. You will lead supply chain resources, assess risk assessments and method statements, and drive continuous improvement to optimise value

Qualifications

• HNC/D in Building, Civil, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.
• SMSTS or equivalent health and safety qualification.
• Full UK driving licence and ability to pass SC Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver Billable Works projects for the MoD estate from initiation to completion.
• Own project scope, budgets, and delivery timelines with risk management.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations.
