Job summary

Millbank Holdings is seeking a proven Project Manager to lead complex defence programmes in the UK. You will manage project plans, budgets and schedules, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and delivering critical reports on performance to clients and senior management.

The role requires expertise in project controls, risk management and stakeholder engagement, with a track record of successful delivery within the UK defence sector.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering defence projects with focus on controls and risk.
• Extensive knowledge of P3M frameworks and methodologies.
• Strong relationship-building skills and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Experience supporting UK defence projects.
• Security clearance eligibility and Bristol-based with occasional site visits.
• Desirable: APM PFQ/PMQ, PRINCE2 or Agile Practitioner.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans.
• Manage budgets and schedules across multiple workstreams.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and report on performance.
• Support business-case development and delivery strategies.
