Job summary

MIGSO-PCUBED, based in Bristol, is seeking an ambitious Project Manager to join the Project Management team and develop a career within the UK Defence sector.

You will lead and support the delivery of complex defence programmes, manage plans, budgets, schedules and risks, coordinate cross‑functional teams, report progress to stakeholders, and help drive governance while building trusted client relationships and benefiting from ongoing development and a supportive, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering projects within the Defence, Aerospace, Engineering, Manufacturing, or highly regulated sectors.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience with project planning, scheduling, risk, cost, and change management.
• An understanding of project management methodologies and governance.
• The ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced client environment.
• Eligibility to obtain or hold UK Security Clearance (subject to client requirements).

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the delivery of complex defence projects and programmes.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk registers.
• Monitor project performance and report progress to key stakeholders.
• Identify and manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and opportunities.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Drive governance activities, including project reviews and reporting.
• Build strong relationships with clients and provide trusted project management expertise.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and the adoption of project management best practices.
