Job summary

Owen Daniels is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to lead technically complex, high value projects for one of our Defence manufacturers. You will define manufacturing methods, drive best practice, and ensure on time delivery right first time and within cost.

You will collaborate with engineering, production and quality teams in a highly regulated environment to deliver precision-engineered solutions and continuously improve processes and performance.

Qualifications

• Familiar with regulated manufacturing environments.
• Strong knowledge of CNC machining techniques.
• Experience using CAD/CAM software to support manufacturing and programming.

Responsibilities

• Work with engineering, production and quality teams to deliver precision-engineered solutions.
• Utilise CAD/CAM to support CNC processes, programming, tooling, and tool-path optimization.
• Drive continuous improvement to enhance efficiency, reduce waste and improve performance.
