Job summary

Owen Daniels is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to support the delivery of new manufacturing projects from planning through to implementation. This onsite role is based in Corby and offers the chance to influence production improvements and maintain compliant engineering processes.

The candidate should hold a degree in Manufacturing or Engineering, have manufacturing experience, and be adept with quality tools and FAIR.

Qualifications

Degree in Manufacturing or Engineering (or equivalent).
Experience in manufacturing or as a Manufacturing Engineer.
Experience with quality tools and First Article Inspection Report (FAIR).
Strong problem-solving skills and excellent attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Support the delivery of new manufacturing projects from planning through to implementation.
Improve production processes by developing practical working methods and maintaining clear technical records.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify operational improvements and resolve day-to-day production challenges.
Support quality and compliance activities by assisting with process reviews and controlled engineering changes.
Provide technical input and regular communication to support project delivery and meet business requirements.
