Job summary

Babcock International is seeking a Logistics Support Operator in Minley, Hampshire, to ensure equipment, stores and resources are available for training activities. The role supports Combat Engineering Services in a dynamic defence environment and offers hands‑on responsibilities across stores, equipment management and operational support.

Qualifications

• Experience with manual handling in a practical environment.
• Ability to swim and work in a physically active role.
• Experience in logistics, stores, warehouse or operational support is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of Combat Engineering Support services, including transporting, erecting and dismantling equipment for training activities.
• Issue and receive equipment, maintain stock levels and ensuring stores are managed effectively.
• Carry out equipment maintenance activities in accordance with Army Equipment Support Publications.
• Respond to customer queries in a professional, positive and enthusiastic manner.
• Support audits, inspections, resource management activities and operational requirements across the site.
