Job summary

QinetiQ Limited is seeking a Project Manager to drive digital and IT infrastructure transformation for maritime defence capabilities at Farnborough or Bristol. You will lead hardware and software changes across RSCE within the MDSS portfolio, coordinating cross-functional teams, governance, and delivery against stakeholder expectations.

Ultimate candidates will have proven IT project delivery experience, strong leadership, stakeholder management, and experience in Defence or regulated

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering and managing IT projects with governance.
• Demonstrated leadership to motivate teams and align stakeholders.
• Strong stakeholder communication with technical and senior leaders.
• Experience managing risks, issues, and dependencies using negotiation and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Deliver software and IT infrastructure projects, ensuring stakeholder commitments.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships while promoting safety, security and values.
• Manage project delivery against targets for customer satisfaction, quality, time, cost and cash.
• Ensure team compliance with operating frameworks and performance management.
• Resolve conflicts and prioritisation across teams and stakeholders.
• Support governance, reviews, and reporting with accurate updates.
