Job summary

Turner & Townsend in Derby seeks a QRA capable Risk Lead for our busy Real Estate team, working on high-profile Defence projects across the East Midlands. You will implement an integrated risk framework, assess threats, opportunities and issues, and drive risk mitigation with contractors and internal teams.

The role requires proven risk delivery on major infrastructure projects, plus familiarity with PRA/@risk and related tools; security clearance (SC) may be needed for sensitive work.

Qualifications

• Degree in construction-related subject.
• APM/IRM risk certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify threats, opportunities and issues within the sub-programme.
• Produce risk reports to support effective communication of status.
• Conduct quantitative risk assessment to inform contingency levels (cost/schedule).
• Collaborate with contractors to assess risks and views that impact the client.
