Job summary

Babcock International Group, the aerospace and defence company, has been trusted to deliver bespoke, highly skilled engineering services for over a century.

In this role you will operate the DHFCS and EDHFCS, monitoring voice and data circuits in a 24/7 setting and handling cryptographic keying equipment to ensure secure communications for Defence platforms. NV1 clearance is required, with a 12-hour shift roster facilitating continuous operation.

Qualifications

• Experience in Defence communications or similar critical networks.
• NV1 Defence Security Clearance is required or must be eligible.
• Ability to operate in a 24/7 shift environment and maintain focus.

Responsibilities

• Operate the Defence High Frequency Communication System (DHFCS) and EDHFCS.
• Monitor and engineer voice and data circuits across the High Frequency spectrum.
• Operate cryptographic keying equipment and support secure communications.
