Job summary

You will support network operations, remediation, and collaborations with security and crypto teams, while engaging with partners to meet service levels and continued improvements.

Qualifications

• Background in information technology.
• Crypto experience and best practice knowledge.
• Knowledge of Cisco Catalyst Center, ISE, and CCVDs.
• Understanding of the OSI model.
• Familiarity with network protocols (HTTP/S, TCP/IP, OSPF/BGP).
• Experience with Windows Server/AD, Linux, RHEL, and VMware/vSphere.
• Exposure to SDA concepts and deployments.
• Authentication services and network cabling basics.
• Monitoring with Nagios, PRTG, SolarWinds.

Responsibilities

• Provide dedicated support delivering DEx Network service in a high-profile environment.
• Own remediation of issues and risks from reports and intel.
• Support company initiatives as part of the DEx Networks team.
• Build relationships with partners and external suppliers to optimize service and SLAs.
• Engage with Security to develop reporting and risk analysis.
• Collaborate with Service Manager to meet network criteria.
• Collaborate with Crypto Network Specialist on crypto management.
