Job summary

Compass Group UK&I ESS in Defence is seeking a dedicated Facilities Supervisor to support the smooth running of operations on a part-time basis, contracted to 32.5 hours per week.

You will supervise a frontline team, ensure deliveries are checked, act as a key holder, and manage weekly rotas and stock orders. The role emphasizes customer service, teamwork, and compliance with health and safety standards.

• Check and store deliveries promptly and correctly.

• Place orders to maintain stock levels.
• Delegate and ensure the team remains proactive.
