Job summary

Compass Group UK&I ESS is recruiting a part-time Cleaner to join our Defence, Government and Energy services teams. The role is contracted to 20 hours per week with variable shifts, across client environments, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

You will dust, mop, sweep and sanitise touchpoints, support stock monitoring and restocking of supplies, and work closely with our facilities teams to deliver safe, welcoming spaces.

Qualifications

• Previous cleaning experience preferred but not essential.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Flexible approach to shifts and duties.

Responsibilities

• Work with cleaning and facilities teams to keep environments safe and hygienic.
• Dust, sweep, polish, mop and vacuum designated areas to a high standard.
• Regularly sanitise surfaces, floors, windows and other touchpoints.
• Perform additional cleaning duties as needed, including quick spill cleanups.
• Empty and dispose of bin waste.
• Monitor and restock cleaning supplies.
