Serco Limited in Swindon is seeking a Client-Side Construction Project Manager for the Estates department. You will deliver projects from inception to completion, managing budgets (£2M–£30M project values) and coordinating subcontractors, with a focus on meeting contractual requirements, timelines, and quality standards.

The role requires extensive FM project experience, robust governance, and strong leadership to drive value and ensure Safe System of Work compliance across the delivery

Qualifikationen

• ONC/HNC/HND in Construction, Build, Architecture or Building Services Engineering.
• Project Management skills and working knowledge of Building Engineering.
• SMSTS or IOSH health and safety qualification.

Aufgaben

• Lead delivery of full lifecycle projects in a complex, fast-paced environment.
• Manage multi-disciplinary project teams to meet objectives on time, within scope and budget.
• Create and maintain robust business cases, plans, budgets and governance structures.
• Actively manage RAID logs and drive timely escalation.
• Ensure compliance with governance and assurance processes across the delivery lifecycle.
