Job summary

MBDA is offering a Graduate in Customer Support and Services (CSS) based in Stevenage, UK. You will engage across the CADMID cycle, influencing system design, supporting both development programmes and in-service products, and working closely with design teams and Armed Forces for hands-on experience.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified in an engineering discipline to a minimum of 2:2.
• A good understanding of engineering principles and the ability to communicate them clearly with both technical and non-technical people.

Responsibilities

• Work on a mix of design, development, troubleshooting, and repair tasks, gaining practical experience on a live Project with real impact across the entire product lifecycle.
• Analyse operational scenarios to ensure MBDA Systems can be used in the real world and interact with Armed Forces.
• Develop essential engineering skills and understand MBDA interactions with customers across technical and contractual domains.
• Communicate effectively across levels within the business and with external customers to support contractual commitments.
• Contribute to ongoing support and repair activities to ensure in-Service readiness.
