Job summary

MBDA is inviting graduates to join the Systems Design Engineer Graduate Programme 2027. You’ll participate in the full design lifecycle, collaborate across engineering disciplines, and help develop and verify systems for multi-domain weapons platforms.

The role is UK-based with a salary of £31,900 plus a £3,000 joining bonus. Benefits include a company bonus up to £2,500, pension, healthcare, 25 days leave, and career progression opportunities; closing date is 2 November 2026.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified in Engineering, Physics, Astronomy, Chemistry, Maths, Technology, Computing or General Science (minimum 2:2).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate across engineering disciplines to meet customer requirements.
• Derive requirements and analyze system performance under test conditions.
• Support concept development, design definition and verification across domains.
