Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering or technical discipline, or equivalent industry experience.
• Proven experience managing engineering delivery or technical teams in Defence, regulated or safety-critical environments.
• Strong understanding of engineering documentation workflows and data management.
• Experience driving continuous improvement and Lean initiatives.
• Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead an off-site, multi-disciplinary team delivering engineering support across mechanical, electrical and civil disciplines for a Defence customer.
• Manage documentation, data updates, schematics, drawings and diagrams.
• Ensure quality, configuration control and data accuracy across deliverables.
• Coordinate multi-disciplinary inputs to align with customer requirements.
• Drive productivity improvements and value-stream optimization.
• Build strong customer relationships and commercial awareness within assignments.
• Identify new workstreams and opportunities for expansion of services.
• Communicate across locations and travel as needed to maintain stakeholder relationships.
