Job summary

SR2 is recruiting a Delivery Manager for a high-profile Defence programme in London, working with military personnel, engineers and senior defence stakeholders.

You will own day-to-day delivery, coordinate planning and resourcing, manage risks and dependencies, and report progress.

Active SC clearance is required; 3 days on-site; permanent role offering impact on national security.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in delivery management or related roles.
• Experience delivering defence software or technology programmes.
• Proven ability to engage senior stakeholders in secure government contexts.
• Strong understanding of risk, governance and agile practices.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day delivery, resourcing, planning and programme coordination.
• Manage customer relationships and liaise with MOD stakeholders.
• Lead multi-disciplinary teams including military personnel and engineers.
• Oversee risks, milestones, dependencies and reporting.
• Coordinate with Defence suppliers to ensure delivery.
• Balance agile delivery with Defence governance and security.
