Job summary

Babcock is seeking a Data Analyst to support one of the UK's major defence transformation programmes. You will analyse data, build dashboards in Power BI and Excel, and advise on data governance and quality to inform critical decisions.

The role is based at Donnington or Andover with a hybrid pattern (minimum 3 days on site) and standard 37 hours per week. You’ll need SC clearance to join this programme.

Qualifications

• Advanced Excel skills with Power Query, pivot tables and data validation.
• Experience analysing complex datasets and translating findings into business recommendations.
• Understanding of data governance, data quality, information security and data management.

Responsibilities

• Analysing complex data from multiple sources to provide actionable insight.
• Developing and maintaining dashboards, reports and visualisations using Power BI and Excel.
• Ensuring data governance, quality and auditability of data.
• Supporting campaign reviews with evidence-based reporting.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
