Babcock International in the UK is seeking a Data Analyst to support a major defence transformation programme. You will analyse data from multiple sources and develop dashboards in Power BI and Excel, delivering actionable insights to influence strategy and programme delivery.

The role is based at Donnington or Andover with hybrid patterns—minimum 3 days on site, 37 hours per week. You will work with stakeholders and support governance through evidence-based reporting.

Qualifikationen

• Advanced Excel with Power Query, pivot tables, complex formulas and data validation.
• Experience analysing complex datasets and translating findings into business recommendations.
• Understanding of data governance, data quality, information security and data management principles.
• Experience developing Power BI dashboards, data models and DAX-based reporting solutions.
• Strong communication skills to present analysis to stakeholders.
• Degree or equivalent experience in a related field; SC security clearance ability.
