Job summary

Data Analyst role at Babcock, based in Donnington or Andover with hybrid working arrangements. You will support one of the UK's major defence transformation programmes, turning data into actionable insights to inform decisions and drive programme delivery.

You'll develop Power BI dashboards and Excel reports, ensure data quality and governance, and collaborate with campaign leaders and stakeholders to identify trends and opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience analysing complex datasets and translating findings into business recommendations.
• Understanding data governance, data quality, information security and data management.
• Experience developing Power BI dashboards and data models.

Responsibilities

• Analysing complex data from multiple sources to provide actionable insight.
• Developing and maintaining dashboards, reports and visualisations using Power BI and Excel.
• Ensuring data quality, governance and assurance processes are robust, accurate and auditable.
• Supporting campaign reviews and governance activities through evidence-based reporting.
• Collaborating with campaign leaders and stakeholders to identify trends and opportunities.
