Job summary

Vincere is seeking a Bid Coordinator to join its Defence & Nuclear business unit. Hybrid work: 3 in-office days, 2 remote; 40 hours per week. You will support bid lifecycle activities, coordinate stakeholders and manage clarification responses, reporting to the Head of Sales Enablement.

The role offers essential exposure to bid management and business development workflows across multiple opportunities, with opportunities for future growth within the bid function.

Qualifications

• Experience in bid coordination or proposal support.
• Ability to manage schedules, milestones and action trackers.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in Defence, Nuclear, Engineering or public sector is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support Bid Managers in delivering bids from qualification to submission.
• Maintain bid plans, schedules and trackers to ensure on-time delivery.
• Coordinate clarification responses and track customer deadlines.
• Organise bid kick-off, status and review meetings; record actions and minutes.
• Assist with presentation packs and ensure content reflects bid strategy.
• Maintain bid libraries and reusable content; ensure compliance with instructions.
