Role Overview

This role involves building strong, trust‑based partnerships with our Licensed Organisations (LOs) to deliver high‑quality and inclusive DofE programmes to young people. You will be based in London and work in a hybrid model, combining home‑based and field‑based work throughout the Wiltshire and Swindon portfolio area.

Responsibilities
  • Manage relationships with partner organisations (Licensed Organisations – LOs) and ensure the delivery of high‑quality, inclusive DofE programmes.
  • Identify and develop new relationships with educational and community organisations to widen access to DofE.
  • Deliver regular meetings – in person and virtually – engaging stakeholders at various levels.
  • Own the relationship, deliver value and shape growth with partners.
  • Maintain accurate administrative records, prioritise workload and meet deadlines.
Qualifications
  • Passion for the development of young people and an authentic ambassador for DofE.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and influencing skills.
  • Exceptional organisational ability, with the capacity to prioritise workload, meet deadlines and maintain excellent administrative skills.
